What to Look For in QC Photos

QC photos typically include front, back, side, logo close-up, tag/label, and packaging views. Here is what to inspect for each product category:

Shoes

Check: Stitching alignment, logo placement, sole quality, lace holes, insole branding

Clothing

Check: Print clarity, fabric texture, tag accuracy, stitching, sizing

Accessories

Check: Material quality, hardware finish, logo engraving, packaging

Bags

Check: Zipper smoothness, strap stitching, interior lining, logo placement

Approve, Reject, or Request

After reviewing QC photos, you have three options. Approve confirms the item is satisfactory and queues it for shipping. Reject sends the item back to the seller for a replacement or refund. Request More Photos asks the agent to capture additional angles or specific details. Use the reject option carefully; most agents allow 1-2 free exchanges per order.
